Bike stuff
I'm not really in the framebuilding business, but I have made several for myself and for friends. I am most experienced with building frames for workhorse bikes that are designed to be utilitarian, but I've made a few shreddy mountain bikes too.
Trailers:
I've made a lot of purpose-built bike trailers for folks over the years, and I like to think I have a good sense for what you need. Complete trailers start at $700 and go up with custom options.
A good bike trailer can haul just about anything you can haul with an engine-driven vehicle. The wheels are the limiting factor in weight capacity, but there are ways to stretch the capacity of wheels too. An able-bodied rider can easily transport hundreds of pounds of cargo on an appropriate trailer.
I also would like to extend an offer to my past trailer customers to bring them up to date on better ways of doing things. For example: the old sash-chains I used to use for lid-stops tangled horribly; I now use thin cable lanyards.
